1. Your account
You do not need an account to order from our webshop, but we do recommend it as it makes placing future orders, viewing past orders, and adding favourites that much easier.
Simply click the [account-button] in the top-right corner and fill in your personal details. You’ll receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided.

Simply login and go to your account page, here you can click on ‘orders’ to see your past orders.

Our store is on Bilderdijkstraat 50 in Amsterdam.

From Amsterdam Central Station:
Take Tram 17 to ‘Osdorp Dijkgraafplein’ and get off at Marnixstraat. Walk down the De Clerqstraat for 5 minutes to the corner of Bilderdijkstraat.
From Amsterdam Zuid:
Take Tram 5 to ‘Frederik Hendrikplantsoen’ and get off at Museumplein, then take Tram 3 to ‘Zoutkeetsgracht’ and get off at De Clerqstraat. You’ll find us on the corner of Bilderdijkstraat and De Clerqstraat.
From Amsterdam Sloterdijk:
Take Tram 19 to ‘Diemen Sniep’ and get off at Bilderdijkstraat. You’ll find us on the corner of Bilderdijkstraat and De Clerqstraat.
Yes, it is possible to park close to the store. We recommend going to De Hallen or to try your luck in any nearby street.

Sadly, this is not possible. If you do need differently sized jacket and trousers, we recommend going custom with our made-to-measure suits.
When you’ve selected your desired colour and size, it will show the specific stock level of the selected product below the 'add to cart' button.

No, you’re always welcome to drop by our store, but for made-to-measure tailoring we highly recommend one.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Yes, it is always possible to return or exchange an item within 30 days after purchasing. Please ensure that the item is in original condition with all packaging and tags attached.

You can always return an item in-store, free of charge. If you want to return an item via shipping, you can send it to:

Returning an order in-store is always free of charge. If you wish to return an order via shipping, standard shipping costs apply.
An item purchased in-store can only be returned in-store.
Your refund will be processed within 10 work days.

7. Personal Tailoring
We do custom-made suits, jackets, trousers, shirts, jeans, and overcoats. We highly recommend customers make an appointment to get to know our made-to-measure possibilities.
Yes, but only on PAKKEND products. If the fit of an item is no longer to your liking, you can always come by and get it adjusted. Costs may apply, contact us for more information.
It is not possible to order made-to-measure products online, but we’d love to welcome you to our store for a personal made-to-measure experience. You can make an appointment here.
We aim to have your garment ready for pick up in-store in five weeks.
Our webstore accepts iDeal and Paypal. In-store we accept cash and most debit and credit cards.
9. Gift Cards
Yes, you can purchase them in-store.
At the moment, you can only use them in-store.
Good news: a PAKKEND gift card does not expire.
At Pakkend, we offer free shipping on all orders. International shipping may vary, contact us at [email protected] for more information.
We offer next-day delivery within The Netherlands on orders ordered before 13:00. It is always possible to pick up orders in-store.
